Block the spiders, duh.
If you don't want your images thumbnailed on a search site, then jsut enter the code so that search engines do not search your site, or limit protions of it. Or at least the search engines should have a frinedly interface for you to remove images from their searches.
I personally think the porn sites setup the search engines and are just playing lawsuit lottery.
