Who defines ordinary?
It's not the reading habits of "ordinary Americans" that law enforcement wants to scrutinize, Moschella countered

Whose definition of "ordinary" are we using? With the Republican tendency to label anyone who disagrees with administration policy and the right wing agenda as unpatriotic, I'm not at all convinced I trust their definition of what constitutes ordinary.

With people like Karl Rove using the FBI as their personal political enforcement agency I'm not really convinced law enforcement needs any more power than they already have.
