No, but he cannot claim innocent this time. What are your intentions? Why crack it to begin with? So he can view it on linux. Let him view it on a machine the cds will work with.

The DRM is respecting his rights. It isn't preventing him from viewing it at all. Just in linux. Big deal. Fire it up on a Windows box. Or the Tivo in the family room. DRM is respecting property. Fair use rights does not mean the CD has to operate on all machines known to man at your whim.

When the DRM is imbedded in everything, which it will, he will be screwed. Mitnik also at humble pie.

You see all of infringers have been swapping so long they forgot it was illegal. Now when they are told no more, they scream civil rights. That is hypocritical on all of their parts. Gangsters aren't suppose to cry. And neither are baseball players.
