implemented Sender ID and SPF, an experimental period was key
to the standards-setting process."

Over 1 million domains have implemented SPF, but not even
hotmail has implemented "Sender ID". From hotmail's dns:

hotmail.com. 3600 IN TXT "v=spf1 include:spf-
a.hotmail.com include:spf-b.hotmail.com include:spf-
c.hotmail.com include:spf-d.hotmail.com ~all"

Well done for MS forcing the move to spf, but give create for the
standard to those that developed it!
