That works for one part
Not bad ... not bad. The only problem with that is that it only addresses an ANONYMOUS sender ... doesn't take into account a hijacking of names from a server.

But I do like the idea of the bulk-send thing. Unfortunately, what if you are sending a bulk email to people who have signed up to receive, say, a newsletter from your company that has thousands of subscribers? Would you then be "blacklisted"?

And what about huge domains such as Roadrunner and Verizon .... what would one "black eye" do to them?

I dunno ... might be a bit extreme IMHO.
