What changes if a customer buys pepsi today but comes in tomorow and buys nothing but comes in the next and buys a pepsi again. Those my customers, my market in this example. They are the ones would buy my product.

In Business plan you present to the bank on of the first things they ask is, "Who are you customers". Well since I'm applying for business loand to start business I haven't even opened for business yet, still just an idea till I get approval from the bank. If you tell the bank you have no customers you get a very negative response. So you show them who customers are, say teen males between the age of 12-17.
