So Tic, I guess the problem is that many RIAA execs and affiliations (cartels) will misunderstand the ruling or deliberately file suit hoping to put these companies out of business. I hope the lower courts decide that their must be SUBSTANTIAL encouragement of infringement in order to award anything. It still leaves the problem of the little filesharing company trying to defend themselves against the GIANT music cartels. Just like most things in this country, the rich can win even if they have no basis for the suit.
