And they (Ebay) refunded some low percentage of my friends money, but it was only like 18% or something, not the full amount. And he never heard if anything was done to the seller. However, he had informed Ebay that there was no such product after finding out that Lucasfilms had NOT actually released the original Star Wars trilogy on DVD yet. (In fact, he also sent an Email to Lucasfilms themselves, with links to merchants selling the product). Yet Ebay still allowed other merchants to continue selling the same thing. To me, that should make Ebay liable, beginning at the moment they became aware it was a counterfiet product. Seems to me at that point they were aiding and abetting criminal activity, by legal definition.
