I agree about negative feedback. I purchased software which was decribed and pictured as a generic OEM XP Pro. I had the winning bid and was sent a DELL replacement disk. I asked the seller for a refund and his response was "Too bad, you bought it." I appealed to Ebay, Paypal with no results. I was told to go to my credit card company. I sent the software back but it was refused. My credit card company did come through. I posted a negative feedback on the transaction, and immidiately got a negative feedback in return saying I was trying to steal the software, calling me a crook. He dosen't sell on Ebay anymore. I wasn't the only one he derfrauded. But this negative feedback still is in my profile. The only neg one I have.
