Price gouging

I don't understand why the DoJ hasn't filed charges against Ebay. They're abusing their monopoly worse than Microsoft ever did. Their listing fees get higher and higher, while the service just gets worse. The site just keeps getting slower, and the listings are getting polluted with fraud. People flood catagories with unrelated items. The feedback system is broken, sellers will wait for you to give them feedback, and if its negative, they will give you negative feedback, even if you fulfil your part of the transation. Meanwhile, Ebay does little or nothing to address these problems. Just 10% of the CEO's salary could higher a whole team of people to clean up the listings. I suppose, though, that they're in know hurry to chase off the conartists, I mean, even they have to pay listing fees.
