ebaY Sellers Earful

I am mainly a buyer not a seller. ebay does not court buyers. They are pretty much seller oriented. As an example, users use all kinds of alias' and when a bidder buys several items from different sellers, packages are delivered, often without invoices from people with real names that don't necessarily relate to the sellers aliases. When I complained and suggested that as minumum, the item number should appear on the outside of the package, eBAY ignored me, and gave me a canned answer, really unrelated to my suggestion. When I complained about that, I was glad-handled with some more nonsense, but my suggestion was noever even directly responded to. Not that they had to adopt my particular solution, but they don't even acknoledge that the buyer might need more than a return address from an unknown source. I think buyers are being alienated.
