Uh, uh, osreinstall.

Eventually, it's CUSTOMERS be damned, because MS gets so involved in with trying to keep it's monopoly that the customer gets the short end of the support stick (actually, the customer winds up getting the WHOLE SHAFT, but I'm trying to be somewhat less inflammatory today. )

I remember when telephone support from Microsoft was FREE, but I guess that THAT word isn't so popular with a company that opens up source code for a Communist country.

Longhorn is a perfect name for this new OS: Billy and Stevie musta visited Pamplona, Spain, and noticed how the runners, the "customers" for that event, got their derrieres treated by THOSE bulls; the name musta just fell out there for them.
