Been that way for years; they simply no longer need to be

shrouded about it all. They're abusing a system made in good faith when a bill gets nixed on its own; but shoved into a more popular bill then it passes..

Fascist 101. People need to take the class. There's a LOT happening these days; while some can be pinned on president #42, there are just as many issues that can be pinned on president #40 as well. It's all on the internet for anybody to readily find... or at least until that bill which prevents libraries and public places to have the internet at a low cost passes (which will likely be abused so internet rates at home skyrocket in cost too. It's a good way to prevent the flow of information.)
