- I would support proprietory Unix for 86
- I see the unix/linux camps sparring with each other instead of pooling resources. A united front would be much more effective. I also see the achilles heel of open source. The competition can see your source code but you cannot see their's. Open source doesn't seem to be advancing fast enough. I would support a proprietory Unix for 86. I always was hoping something would evolve this way. I believe most people would. Just grab an OS off the shelf and go for it. Time for a new strategy.
