but this shouldn't generate a lawsuit unless the software involved
changing the iPod software somehow. I don't think Apple sees this
as a threat when iTunes will have an automated podcast function
and put the other one at a huge disadvantage.
I think Apple realises that to stay ahead in the portabel dmp market
they are going to have to let third parties develop for it. They don't
