The truth about "trade" with China.

First, your claim that WalMart is blameless about teh dumping of China's goods is completely bogus. As you said yourself WalMart goes to extreme lengths to understand and price the cost of manufacture. They knew full well what was going on and they decided the bucks they grab wre more important than real competition.

But putting that to the side, the idea we could trade with China is plain nuts. Look at it this way, lets say you have $1000 and I have $1 dollar. No matter how you look at it I am going to be the one to gain from any "trade". You have money to buy my products and I have none to buy yours, it's just that simple.

Americans are being sold a great lie that China is this vast market just waiting to be served when the fact is that while there are millions of people in China the average wage is around $.20 an hour (in good companies). That isn't a market, that's a slave encampment waiting for China's government to exploit them.

What you are proposing is no different than the south telling the north to simply "compete" against the low cost of slavery. We fought the worst war in our history to end that one...
