HTML, CSS, JavaScript to standards
In my experience, I simply try to write all code to the standard. As such, I find Firefox supports the standards much better than IE. I used to think that IE handled it much better than MZ/NS, but now it's the other way around, and I've discovered many bugs in IE, especially when it comes to alignment and container issues in CSS. Now I find myself retro fitting HTML and CSS to work with IE, much like I used to have to do to have things work in NS 4.x.

The next problem we'll run into is that even when IE 7 comes out, assuming is becomes more compliant, we'll all have to wait 3 or more years before IE 6 dies off from market use.
