The question isn't which is "better", but whether or not Opera was right to claim that it won PCWorld's "Best Browser" award. Clearly, it did not.

Opera Software was lying, plain and simple. Jingos like Haarvard may claim it was an honest mistake, but what normal person can look at what PCWorld published and honestly come away thinking that Opera actually won?
