What competition???
According to the article, MS will probably match Yahoos artificially low pricing which is at present a loss leader (thus the killing affect on Napster and others charging higher, more realistic rates).

Like the Xbox, MS can afford to lose money hand over fist and practically give the service (music in this case) away until all competitors have died off (ie, had their air supplies cut off).

Plus, as noted by another post, it will no doubt be tied into the XPerience, or you?ll by Longhorn swoggled into using it.

More innovative competition to benefit the consumers from the consumer?s best friend (cough), Microsoft.

Isn?t an ethically-challenged company and DOJ and illegally maintained monopoly a wonderful thing?
