Don't fix what the garage tinkerer says ain't broke
How about the issue regarding automatically publishing the application 18 months after application!. That truly hurts the little guy, especially since it is taking the PTO to finally issue the patent 24 to 36 months after application. The rest of the issues are definately designed to help the big boys, not the one time inventor. What a waste of time. I also agree that the USPTO MUST keep its profits and not have it siohoned off to the General Find.
