Both legal and illegal are growing
Recent studies have shown that both legal downloads and illegal
downloads are growing in popularity. The funny thing about this
is that according to the RIAA, cd sales are up as well:
http://news.com.com/2100-1027_3-5631698.html

The number of CDs and other music products shipped from
record labels to retail merchants rose 2 percent last year, to 814
million units, the first annual increase in five years, according to
the Recording Industry Association of America.

So, what does this tell you RIAA? Clearlly your attempts to hurt
your own business by crushing digital music are 1) failing, and
2) misguided as downloads only seem to lead to more music
sales, not less.
