Firefox vs. IE
Since my adoption to Firefox at version 0.6, I remember throwing it out because I felt like it was limited. It has gone a long way since it began. Now at version 1.0 it is more stable, more secure than previous version and most deffinitly more secure than IE based on it's infancy.

If you compared IE 1.0 to Firefox 1.0, you have yourself a winner. Firefox.

Problem is, I find is that with Firefox, many people present it as a SECURE browser 100% rather than... "It is inherently more secure than IE, but nothing.. I repeat NOTHING is secure 100%".

Since making my entire family (both through marriage and my blood family) switch to Firefox. I get less calls and less complaints about their computers running slow because of spyware. I'm greatful of that because I am very tired of fixing their damn computers for them. Since the adoption of Firefox and Spybot, I have found that I am being called or complained too about computer slowdown, or toolbars taking over their windows explorer or IE etc etc... :P

In the end most users would have less problems if they were educated enough to not have them.. But try and educate everyone.. It's nice just to have a browser like that to depend on. :P

It has it's issues.. No doubt about that, but you won't see me switch to IE7 when it comes out. :P

I am not anti-microsoft, but at the same token. Hats off goes to a software solution that provides me with the end result of less frustration. I don't care who it is.
