Sorry not going to happen.

Though i dont care for porn sites and some of the annoying tatics they use, this type of banishment wouldnt work and i will tell you why.

1. Other countries are not subject to our laws, meaning the domain name and site can be hosted outside the US. This law would not apply to a sex site outside the US. This is part of the reason why we cannot stop foreign spammers.

2. Porn sites in the US could use a .com/org/net site to forward to a xxx domain. You innocently click on www.someimplantsite.com and next thing you know i forwarded you on to my porn site. I havent violated a law and i pissed you off.
