Hi, Nigel.

Comparing one set of search results doesn't really tell you anything. Search rankings aren't necessarily static. (I got a different result running your search today then you got the day you posted it.)

Google only indexes 101k of a page, while Yahoo indexes 500k, which means that in theory you should be able to find information with Yahoo you can't find with Google (because it's not indexed). But this only applies to very scarce information. (In other words, because Google has a bigger index, you're more likely to find information if it's stored in more than one place than you would be with Yahoo.)

I suspect that this indexing tool will be an aid to Google to help close that gap with Yahoo in terms of indexing.
