The UN is the answer!
If the question is, "How could we make this more corrupt?" or, ?This system appears to be functioning, how could we screw it up?? Don't they have better things to do, like graft billions pretending to feed and care for children (Oil for food, anyone?). Or perhaps set up shop in some poor 3rd world country, raping children and forcing starving women to trade sex for food aid donated by countries that care. Yeah, I know, they formed a committee to investigate themselves on these issues. I'm sure they will get to the bottom of this right away...

The UN's idea of democracy is "One dictator, one vote". Why do so many people like this so much?
