Yep that is right.
Your freedom to create a pornographic website and give it a url to trick people with no desire to go there is going away. No longer can you trick people by using whitehouse.com and other such tricks to get people with not alot of internet savy to view your porn.

Damn, I can't believe my given right to scam is going away!
