Grab your first amendmant rights while you still can

Next it will be illegal for anything "deemed" as pornographic or offensive to be registered under any other domain. On the surface this sounds like a good thing. What is going to happen to art sites, your favorite rock or rap group when they are deemed pornographic/offensive?

Howsabout bloggers? They can be offensive even though they are not "pornographic" (pictures) in nature. So rather than trample their first amendmant rights lets force them into the .xxx domain. Look I have no problem with the creation of .xxx domains but mark my words these same US lawmakers will try to push "offensive" sites other than pictures sites under the domain.

I wonder? Can the ISP's block domains and charge extra to access those sites much like newsgroups? Hmmmm interesting ain't it?
