Wait a second...

I totally agree that many internet ads go way over the top. However, we would have far fewer sites and far less innovation. Yes, there would still be many sites to choose from but these sites would either be

subscription sites

or

sites written in people's spare time.

Yes, vote with your clicks but we can't write off advertising all together.
