I am using Mozilla 1.7.8
Same Engine

It was the same page opened because activity and page size count on both. I did the tabs first then the windows. I suspected tabs would use less memory then Windows so I did them first. When I closed out the Windows the mem usage dropped slowly.

At Rest
Didn't test 1 page only
Ain't lying to you
Mozilla not Firefox
Only one process in taskbar in both tests
No minimizing

Later on I did 1 page and 19 tabs for 50996 k
Right now with 1 page 1 tab is 29448 k
