Free trade IS fair trade.
Free trade is when multiple parties come together, exchange goods, and leave better off than before. All parties willing, choose to participate in the trade and are free to leave if desired.

Fair trade is trading with parties that meet certain "fairness" requirements. Like salaries paid, prices charged, and worker/environment treatment. That sounds good, but who sets what is fair? And once fairness is set, you are no longer dealing with diverse nations with their own strengths and weaknesses, but a collection that has many similarities only separated by political lines on a map. Might as well be domestic trade. Not only that, any external constraints set on an open market always results in dead weight loss or inefficiency.

Free trade argues that parties involved in the actual trade dictate what is fair and what isn't. If either party feels it is unfair, then they don't commence the trade! So, free trade is fair trade.
