Judges are part of the current problem...
Not that they are trying to rule wrongly, rather I suspect that most judges are in no way tech savy enough to even understand what the basic case is about.
Come On! A patent on a "buy it now" button. That must be that fantastic invention that is a step up from the "buy it later" and "bought it already" button. These should have been invalidated from the start.
