I can kind of see this as being legal
to a point anyway. Now when you download a program and are dumb enough to install the bundled software, is your fault and you deserve to have it on your system. Then there these fly by installs where you can pick it up by just going to a site and the spyware is installed without your knowledge. That is no different than breaking and entering. So on that side I can see it as being totally legal to make spyware illegal.
