Perhaps you have not kept up with the Microsoft IE roadmap?
I made it clear I use and have been using Firefox, so your point is false. Also, you are implying the IE is simply adding what has already been done by Firefox, again, your point is false.

Tell Microsoft, as they have shown that they are cloning things like XUL (the XML based interface language used in Mozilla/Firefox, though they call it XAML.)

You say that "Firefox will have moved on"... so, are you saying that Firefox 1.03 is NOT the browser to end all browsers? Are you daying that Firefox has a monopoly on innovation? Again, you are false. they do not.

Why are you spouting this rhetoric, is that what rhetoricpolice do? Firefox is a development release (usable (maybe) snapshot) of a browser that has (again maybe) taken a life of it's own. Since there is work being done on it to advance it, Microsoft will clone their work in some manner (as they did with Netscape via Spyglass Enhanced Mosaic). Watching how things have evolved in the past 10 years (as a snapshot of time), one picks up on things.

Your problem is that you are married to Firefox and the open community and dismiss all the good things about what MS has to offer. That is the sad truth about this forum, one cannot compare technology in the purest sense w/o some pi$$ing contest on one's favorite product.

I happen to know Microsofts pattern of behavior, as anyone who has been doing computer for the past 20+ years would. Firefox is just a development snapshot, there are other browsers (Opera, for example). If all you know is MS IE and Mozilla/Firefox, you are the one who is limited. Learn from history and drop the rhetoric!
