Just maybe if these people had tested their 911 call from their Vonage service, then this kid might still be alive. I tested mine after I had it setup. I called 911, explained to the operator what and why. They let me know that the number was not a 24/7 manned number. Gave me a better number, passed it along to Vonage, they changed it, now it goes through 24/7.
