Could not agree more with you. Either way, Vonage makes it VERY clear to their customers (I've been one since the begining of 2003) that their 911 service is not true 911 as on a regular phone line.

But, some people just don't get that, how sad.

I hope they (Vonage) have a VERY good attorney working these case's. Then they stand a good chance at winning. We will just have to wait and see how dumb these juries are.
