Though i feel sorry for these people
Its the bells fault this happened. They have been blocking voip communications from their networks so they could maintain their monopoly. I think its funny that the FCC has to step in to force the bells to give access to a network that was setup for the government that the government and the people pay for. Look how fast the bells are cutting deals now, they realized that the risks no longer outwayed the cash bonuses.

These people died because of the bells greed. If anyone is to be sued, it should be the bells.
