it get to a jury, and the jury people act like idiots and dont understand how anything works. They feel sorry for the parents and think they should get something, wether it was Vonages fault or not... so they find for the parents so they can have some money for their pain and suffering, cuz its just some big company or insurance paying it, so they think its harmless. Its not harmless, everything is paid for by the consumer, and people can lose jobs and more...
