It is clear to me.
You must not understand how DNS works.

People make mistakes all the time, you're here and that is proof enough.

Google rules.

Google's mistake is that the monitoring being done is likely not up to the levels that it needs to be.

When the architecture, like what Google has, is solid you may not be monitoring for stupid human error.

When you have a suboptimal architecture, like what I may guess you would depend upon, then you likely would catch something like this, out of blind luck, as you have to monitor for everything like "system" software kicking out complete crap.

And oh yeah, happy mothers day.
