"no-cache" not always available
Pardon me, but not all forum owners have control over their HTTP header fields. Many of us use third party forums, like Yahoo Groups.

Besides, that really doesn't address the real issue: Pages meant to be seen by one person are being seen by another. We shouldn't need a no-cache tag to fix that behavior!
