Okay, first you've got the cel phone people, who won't deal with Apple or Microsoft, because they're too greedy, and rather than accept a piece of the pie, they want the whole music download busines to themselves. So they look elsewhere for DRM schemes and find out they'd have to pay even more from third parties. Pretty funny, considering that 65 cents per phone is too high a charge to pay, when they'll be selling these new high end phones for at least $500.
And the great irony of it all is that DRM is useless and has a 0% success rate over its existence. All this arguing and prevention of business growth for something that will never work.
