Cell phones should be good for making calls
First off, cell phones should be good for making calls, first and foremost. If it makes other sounds or can, say, access the internet, all the more power in some cases. As far as "content" goes, I paid $2.50 for a Star Wars ringtone - that ringtone will be the only one I add to my phone for a LONG time... I'm about 'contented' out.
