Any defenders?
During US et al vs MS, we had a large number of MS supporters (including an occasional columnist for ZDNet) allege that the Sherman and Clayton Antitrust acts were bad law and that the things MS was accused of doing were actually good for the industry (or at least benign). Do any of the usual gang wish to apply the same logic here?
