Yes, but...
Same scenario: Doctor insists that your night-time hypos are caused by your lack of eating, and morning highs are due to overcompensating for the hypos. The hypo would show up, but the eating would not. Therefore your insulin dosage might not be changed, or the doctor might increase it to wrongly adjust the Fasting BS. I prefer the railroad spike on the fingertip and control of my own condition, instead of half-a-story, based-on-bad-experiences-with-other-patients with a doctor that thinks he/she "knows what the problem is." In this scene, it could be too late to change doctors. Again, what possible harm could come from this, and has that been corrected BEFORE implementation? The Infra-red and/or "earlobe" non-invasive tests are what you are looking for, not registration chips. If Medicine needs implanted chips to be certain of patients, diagnoses, treatments; are you helping or hindering their responsibility avoidance? Murphy's 21st Century update, if it can be F'd up, "THEY" will do it!
