What would happen if...
...there were a chip installed that could help them find all of the smokers, parapalegics, or genetically imperfect when the government decided they were too big a drain on over burdened health care systems?

We must be careful when we bestow power. While intention may be good, abuses are always possible. I would rather have more control over who gets my information. Implanting a chip so hospitals and doctors can retrieve my medical information easier may be nice. What happens when they put the readers in airports? It would be for national security after all. What about at border crossings? How about in the DMV? Public Library? At trafic lights? How far is it allowed to go, and when is it too far?
