Apple code named their PowerMac PPC effort "Carl Sagan." When it got out, ol' Carl tried to sue Apple for infrindgement. So they changed it to BHA, short for Butthead Astronomer....
That one actually went to court (this time for defamation), but Judge J. Baird dismissed the suit, stating that "One does not seriously attack the expertise of a scientist using the undefined phrase 'butt-head.' "
