- Zero Problems with Asus + AMD
- I've heard of Asus' P4 boards being finicky, but I've built three AMD systems in the last year with Asus boards: A A7V8X, and two A7N8X boards and all have worked flawlessly. I can't say enough about the performance of these machines - all with Athlon XP's of varying speeds. Maybe it's Intel's fault lol. Seriously, I believe many of the issues described here are configuration issues. But until I've walked a mile in someone else's shoes - I'll just disagree about the quality of Asus - I'm completely satisfied, and can't wait to build an Athlon FX system! Happy Holidays to all.
