AMD: "If you can't beat them, then sue them"
AMD has wonderful strategy in place to sue Intel in every country. Basically, if they can't beat Intel in R&D, technology, marketing or sales.. then you can always sue them. Everything to gain and nothing to lose.

AMD can always find that intel new hire that says to it's custoemr "We want you to buy all of our products" and some find some quack government official, give him a gift fishing rod and get him to sue Intel for for anti-competitive behavior. I agree it's a great strategy!

In fact, it's all in AMD's favor from square one. They have marketed themselves for years as the poor, teary-eyed, underdog that wishes all good thing for mankind.. .. and wails at the mean mean Intel that has kept them from making a buck for 30 years.
