Poke around on the Dell forums and you will see that they have not corrected the problems. Their service is aweful. Whether it bothers people to hear this or not a big part of the issue is the language barrier. If they want to have call centers in other parts of the world, that's fine but, they should have call centers dispursed in such a way that you get someone on the phone that can understand the native tongue of the customer. His remark on cardboard ghettos was not of the corporate centers but of the "villages" we often see displayed. I wonder many times, if a country is so great why do the people leave it to come to America?
