That's fine. Service your customers in India with support staff from your employees in India.

I put in an order for a $2,300 Dell laptop. The sale went to someone here in the U.S. When I called to upgrade the warranty I was routed to India. They refused to route the call to the U.S. I called a second time. They refused to route the call again.

So I refused to make a purchase.

The order was cancelled and this CEO is full of it. They're obviously "too successful" for their own good.
