Give a break to your wild imaginations

You can paint a negative picture about India
but that does not change the reality .

There are poor people in India but call centers
and IT offices in general are not like cardboard ghettos. The offices are comparable to what we
have here. And the people are as smarter as you think of yourself.

And as far as the poor quality of customer service
is concerned, if Dell saves money by not giving
proper training to its India employees, who is at
fault? They corrected this problem and getting the good results.
